We take care of hosting setup, database, deployment, domain connection and technical maintenance throughout the project. You just share the link with your guests.
On Essential we use a custom Get Ready Weddings subdomain. On Signature we purchase and configure your own wedding domain. If you already have a domain, we'll ask for access to connect it.
Guest information is kept for up to 1 month after the wedding. After that, it can be exported and deleted. If you'd like to keep the site live as a digital keepsake, we can leave it published for €9/month, without active RSVP or changes included.
We typically work with 3 meetings: discovery, first draft review and final review before launch. During the project we stay in touch via WhatsApp with the couple and, when applicable, the wedding planner.
We recommend launching the Save the Date around 10 months before the wedding, and starting RSVPs 6 months before. For destination weddings or many out-of-town guests, it's worth opening the site as early as possible. This fits activating the site with months of lead time and using it as an information hub during the RSVP campaign.
